"I just recently signed on with State Farm and that was because my insurance company, that I have been with for many, many, years, just seems to be problem filled when trying to obtain approval of claims etc. I have been dealing with the agent Robert Solano and it has been a definite pleasure to find somebody that seems to be interested in fostering a good relationship and fast service. Knowing that the reviews have been high with State Farm, I'm hoping that we have a good and prosperous relationship because customer service seems to be at an all time low. And if I have to file a claim I hope it's just as speedy because it has been long and drawn out process when I would file a claim with a certain company I will not name..."
